SPECIAL PROJECTS MARKETING

Our clients contract with us for Special Projects that require an intensive marketing effort to launch a new product or service, or to revive lagging sales of an existing one.

We typically work with the existing marketing department to augment their services, or we will take on the entire marketing assignment on behalf of the client, who saves valuable time and expense by not having to set up or expand their own in-house marketing department for what may only be a temporary requirement.

Such past Special Projects have included :

JULY 2010 - PRESENT
Provided fundamental business startup consulting, sales, supply and logistical support to numerous  international clients, including the Lombok Institute of Flight Technolgy (startup airline flight school based in Lombok, Indonesia).

APRIL 2009 - JULY 2011
Provided fundamental business startup consulting, supply and logistical support to SKY Aviation (startup air charter company in Jakarta, Indonesia).

DECEMBER 2008 - MARCH 2009:
Managed International Sales operations for Liberty Aerospace. More information available on request.

SEPT 2005 - DEC 2006 : LIBERTY AEROSPACE INC.
15 Month Sales contract with Liberty Aerospace
Results: Sales of 56 Liberty XL2 aircraft, more than twice the target set for us by the company, with a total US Dollar value of approx $ 9.52 Million.
I departed after having sold more aircraft that anyone else in the company's history.

2002 - 2004 : WORLD AVIATION COMMUNICATIONS LTD
Contracted to this London (UK)-based aviation publishing company to re-establish and operate their US-Based office for World Aircraft Sales Magazine, a well-known corporate jet sales magazine. Managed all Sales and Marketing functions throughout North America. Conceived, designed and implemented new marketing concepts for both the magazine and website covering advertising sales, advertisement layout, web development, client database management, e-mail marketing, direct mail marketing, etc.
Outcome : Increased sales 135% in 14 months.

2002-2003 : VENTEAK
Carried out extensive market research for the company's hardwood flooring materials to determine the best possible markets for their products in the USA.
Outcome : Discussions with wood flooring dealers, together with related market research, dictated that the company reshape it's marketing strategy in order to obtain an effective foothold in this highly competitive industry.

1997-1998 : SAMRAND TRADEWORLD DEVELOPMENT
Contracted to Samrand Development, a Malaysian-based listed company developing one of the largest pieces of land in the commercial center of Southern Africa. Hired to lead the division and conceive & develop plans for a US$130 million International Trade Centre, TradeWorld. Together with a team of architects, we planned the entire project and managed a team of architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, and a marketing department. Contract included all preparations prior to breaking ground on the development.
Outcome : Completed contract prior to relocating our business to the USA in 1998.
1994-1996 : THE SOUTH AFRICAN TRADE CENTRE, ORLANDO, FLORIDA
Conceived, designed, and single-handedly launched The South African Trade Centre in Orlando, Florida. Provided a much-needed platform for dozens of South African companies to showcase their products in the USA.
Outcome : After assisting numerous South African exporters with their USA marketing requirements from our bases in Orlando & Johannesburg, export marketing services were moved to an internet-based portal in 1997.

Our company also develops in-house projects that we undertake for our own account.
