Sky Aviation - Part 135 Charter Company
PT Sky Aviation ( www.ptskyaviation.com
) is an established Part 135 Charter Company operating out of Jakarta,
Bali & Lombok, Indonesia. Due to expansion plans for upcoming
contracts, the company is seeking additional Flight Crews for their
current and future operations. Current aircraft include a Cirrus SR-20 and
a SR-22, and additional aircraft for upcoming flight operations include
Cessna Caravans and a Twin Otter. A requirement for an ATR-42 is also
anticipated for certain routes.
Positions
available:
a) Chief Pilot for Part 135 Charter Operation. Min 1,000 hours PIC, prefer Part 135 experience, twin turbine time a plus.

Lombok
Institute of Flight Technology - Part 141 Flight School The
school, being established on the Selaparang Airport in the city of Mataram
on the island of Lombok, is 60 miles East of Bali,
Indonesia and is a tropical paradise surrounded by coral
reefs, active volcanoes, lush verdant jungle, and some of the
worlds most popular surfing spots.
The
school is the only one of it's kind in the entire region, and is housed within
a new dedicated hangar and office facilities on a
low-volume international airport with a 6,863ft runway.
Courses
to be offered include
ab-initio to advanced flight training, in a growing fleet of the
most modern aircraft available including the FADEC-equipped IFR
Certified Liberty
XL2.
Advanced
technology flight simulators are also being purchased
for effective ground-based training.
Graduates
will have the opportunity of obtaining immediate flight
experience in an associated Part 135 Charter operation using
piston & turbine single & multi-engined aircraft
such as the Cirrus SR 20 and SR 22 aircraft.
A
helicopter training facility, co-located within the facility, is
also in development.
Positions
available: a) International Flight School Manager/Chief Flight Instructor:
The
right candidate for this position will have extensive experience in
the management of an FAA or JAA
Part 141-type Flight Training facility, with the following
skills and/or experience being an added advantage -
- Minimum 1,000 Hours Dual given as CFI
- Part 141 FAA experience, or JAA Part 141 equivalent experience
- FAA or JAA Flight Examiner
qualification
- Jeppesen Course knowledge
- The ability to help formulate the curriculum for the school
- Appropriate Ground Instructors License
- A professional approach to the task at hand
- Ability to work independently and to solve problems as they
occur
- Willingness to go the extra mile, especially during the
initial startup phase, to ensure that the operation gains a firm
footing
- Ability to manage a complete Flight Training Facility
including Flight Instructors, administration staff, maintenance
operations, etc
- Good rapport with international students
b)
