Samrand has secured an exclusive 150 hectare site that has an unspoilt and scenic 7 kilometre long river frontage along the banks of the Vaal River.
This will be a major investment with plans for the development of a recreational, leisure and entertainment resort, the cost of which may eventually be as high as R600m.
The site is also ideal for a casino-hotel complex and there are plans for a marina, residential golf course, and game reserve.
