INFRASTRUCTURE

The only one of it's kind in the entire Province of Gauteng, the Samrand Avenue Interchange provides direct and immediate access to the N1 Pretoria-Johannesburg Highway, a benefit that is exclusive to Samrand and not found at any other Commercial Real Estate Development in the Gauteng Province.

To the East, Samrand Avenue links up with the Old Pretoria/Johannesburg Road and to the West is planned to intersect with the existing K71.

The developers have invested in excess of R20 Million in the balance of the major routes, which comprises the extension of the existing Rooihuiskraal Road from the Reeds residential area in the North to where it intersects with Samrand Avenue and continues through to Lever Road at the Development Bank of South Africa to the South.

As can be seen at the development, the main arterial roads are four lane K roads which dissect the site, so as to give the most flexibility to all phases as well as efficient traffic flows.

SERVICES

Phases 1A and 1B, which together total some 48 Hectares of developable land, have been proclaimed and are fully serviced.

An electrical supply of up to 500 KVA has been made available to all stands.

Telkom, the SA Government Telephone Company, is currently constructing a dedicated telephone exchange with a planned capacity of 15,000 lines for the just the Phase 1 development of Samrand alone.
