Samrand TradeWorld
International Business Park & Expo Centre
The TradeWorld Opportunity
Since the first fully democratic elections in
1994, South Africa has seen a dramatic increase in it's foreign trade
activities.
Literally hundreds of foreign companies have established themselves in
South Africa since 1994, all wishing to gain a share in the regions' rapid
growth and the development of this emerging market.
From recent research it is clear that many of these foreign organisations
could benefit from a purpose-build International Business Park that offers
sevices, facilities and a high degree of visibility currently not found
anywhere else in Southern Africa.
The objective of The Samrand TradeWorld
International Business Park is to provide appropriate services and
physical facilities to both foreign and national companies, to enable them
to conduct international trade in a more efficient and effective manner
than currently possible.
It it also being planned as the only single location in Sub-Saharan Africa at
which foreign companies can have a collective and permanent presence, and
from where they can launch joint marketing campaigns into the Southern
African region.
The Samrand TradeWorld International Business Park is also being planned
to become an important information provider through which SA companies can
obtain information about business and trade opportunities abroad.
In addition to producing a profitable business for Samrand, the activities
of the International Business Park are expected to result in the expansion
of the many beneficial trade relationships already in effect between South
Africa and it's trading partners around the world.
